By leveraging your employer’s matching gift program, you can significantly amplify your contribution and make a more substantial impact on our work.

What is Workplace Giving?

Workplace giving programs are corporate initiatives that encourage employees to donate to nonprofit organizations. Many companies offer to match donations made by their employees, effectively doubling or even tripling the contribution. This means that your support for RARE can go twice as far, making a greater difference in promoting racial equity.

How Can You Participate in Workplace Giving?

  1. Check with Your Employer: Many companies have matching gift programs as part of their corporate social responsibility efforts. Ask your HR department to see if such a program exists.
  2. Donate to RARE: Make a donation to RARE directly through your employer’s giving platform or our online donation form.

  • Open Discussions: Conversations featuring a guest speaker to engage, inform, and inspire us to move the needle forward on racial equity, particularly for students.
  • Scholarships: Every year we award two $5,000 scholarships to Roosevelt graduates to help attend college.
