- Building belonging through activities led by students for students.
- Restorative Practice Committee
- Restorative Practice is about relationships; building, maintaining, and repairing relationships to form healthy, supportive, and inclusive communities.
- Open Discussions
- Open Discussion events are held throughout the year to engage, inform, and inspire us to move the needle forward on racial equity, particularly for students.
- James A. Davis Jr. Memorial Scholarship
- RARE established two $5,000 scholarships during its founding year to support two Roosevelt students of color in need to reach their post-secondary educational goals.
- Documentary Film
- Race is one of the burning issues of the day, but does your family talk about it? The topic is uncomfortable and complicated. Yet the conversations need to happen.
- Forrest Ward Racial Equity Award
- In May of 2024 RARE presented its inaugural Racial Equity Awards to three individuals who have made outstanding contributions to improving the racial climate at RHS. The award was named after Forrest Ward, a former student athlete, coach and mentor to four generations of Roosevelt families.

- RARE provides a variety of resources and information for students to prepare financially for college and life.
