Five years ago, in response to the shocking death of George Floyd, RARE was borne out of frustration, concern and the desire to do something and to make a difference. We have been successful in our journey, because of the support of several individuals and organizations.No one has shown us more support than the RHS Golden Grads organization under the leadership of Doug Whalley and the Roosevelt Foundation led by Pam Eshelman. Their support, cooperation, collaboration and partnership has been beneficial and essential to RARE’s growth.
