Connections starts with a simple but powerful idea: if belonging matters so much, schools should not rely only on adults to create it. They should also train students to build it for one another through everyday soft leadership.

Graduation Inequities Abound at Roosevelt
Some things are not right at RHS.
Students of Color, particularly African American students, are graduating at lower rate and are disciplined and dropping out at higher rates than white Roosevelt students.
